Feels healthy

I like that this tea comes in a quality bag and is simple to brew as such. The flavor is herby and earthy. I noticed that I felt cleaner inside after drinking this tea after waking up.

Worth the stomach cramps.

I’m sharing a detailed and honest review—proceed with caution! My mom introduced this tea to us as teenagers whenever we were constipated, and it worked wonders. When my local store stopped carrying it, I tried alternatives, but nothing compared.

If you're a first-timer, start with just one tea bag. The beauty of this tea is that it blends seamlessly with other flavors without altering the taste. Within 5-8 hours of drinking, expect some mild to severe stomach cramps—it’s your body preparing for a very effective cleanse. The initial relief might feel satisfying, but be prepared: the rest of the day brings waves of cramps and frequent trips to the bathroom. Trust me, stay close to a toilet, and never trust a fart within 24 hours.

The results are intense—your body eliminates waste like never before. The experience might be alarming, but it’s incredibly effective. Be sure to hydrate throughout the process. Once it's over, you’ll feel lighter, cleaner, and, surprisingly, ready to do it all over again.

I personally use this tea weekly, sometimes twice if I’m feeling bloated from my cycle. It’s a fantastic detox option, though I’d categorize it as a cleansing tea rather than a diet tea. Just remember, this isn’t for the faint of heart, but if you need a thorough cleanse, it delivers every time.

Pleasant fragrant herb tea

The tea makes hydrating yourself an easy job.
All the ingredients are highly nutrient for your health, and the tea has a flourish fragrant (mostly from red rose) right after you pour the hot water. Upon sipping, it gives a sweet after taste, which I assume comes from hawthorn.
The best part is all the ingredients are in a poly tea bag, so you don't need to deal with the mess after finishing the drinking.

Pleasant, herbal-earthy flavor

I am intrigued by all kinds of tea, and this one is definitely different to the more commonplace black, white, green and herbal teas I've had in the past. This does note on the box that it is a tea substitute, which is true as tea leaves are not in the ingredient list. It's a combination of 10 herbs, and I am familiar with all the names though not their purposes in traditional medicine. I'm not sure if or how I'm supposed to feel different but like the idea behind this.

When I first tried it, I said it doesn't taste like anything I've ever had before. It is not intensely flavored, but a complex flavor. It had some earthy notes, not like a mushroom beverage, but like the scent of the woods after a rain. The herbal notes are nicely combined, not astringent or sweet.

I can get 2 cups or a small pot out of one bag. The pink in the picture of it stepping is a little rosebud, and the other ingredients in the bag are plainly pieces of the different components. Once used, I open the bag to compost the herbs.

I do wish it was not made with the plastic pyramid bag, as I've read those can leave microplastics in the tea.
